Natalie Saunders qualified as a solicitor in 2000 at “Magic Circle” firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer having studied law at Magdalen College, Oxford and has been ranked as a notable practitioner of employment law in Chambers & Partners, one of the leading UK legal directories. Natalie advises clients on the full spectrum of employment law issues encompassing both contentious and non-contentious matters.
Prior to founding Pharos Legal, Natalie succeeded in having the work of two of the teams she headed up recommended for their work in the prestigious “Legal 500” directory.
Natalie is passionate about helping keep her employer clients out of the employment tribunal and is proud of her track record in ensuring potentially difficult situations are handled correctly but also cost-effectively.
