Suzie Bogle – HR Consultant

Suzie is recognised by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development as a Fellow, for working with CEO’s and MD’s to develop HR Strategy and implementing organisational change. Suzie is also an accredited mediator, mainly working in employment and workplace conflict resolution. She was recently awarded Fellowship of the Chartered Management Institute which recognised the overall business impact of her strategy advice.
Suzie is a strong coach and facilitator, imaginative and able to solve problems creatively. She is flexible in her approach to match the needs of her clients. Open and honest in communication, she encourages others to challenge themselves and the issues they face.
Confident project management and engagement of team and stakeholders enable Suzie to achieve key goals and tasks. She also boasts an accomplished HR Management skill-set with significant expertise in HR change management and implementation of HR systems and processes to manage effectively the employee base.
Suzie is pleased to work as a consultant to Pharos Legal Limited to deliver (as required) on-site and remote HR and project support to clients of Pharos Legal Limited where her skill-set and involvement are desirable.
